Morning,
 
Words are all very well and I’ve no doubt that for some of you the motivation lasts at least 30 seconds having read the Monday email however just as a birthday solely filled with cards is all very well sometimes we all need a big juicy ribbon clad present.  So this week I’m giving you something practical.  
 
I mostly listen to people talking about what they’re not eating and what they’re trying to cut out.  What is far better for your health and well being is to make choices so that you nourish your body and feed yourself in the best way possible.  Here is my proposal:
 
Your aim is to score at least 25 points in the day made up of at least 5 points from each list.
 
List A – 5 points each
White fish
Oily fish (salmon, tuna, mackerel, sardines etc)
Eggs
Chicken
Turkey
Feta Cheese
Goats cheese
List B – 5 points each
Brown rice
Lentils
Quinoa
Cous cous
Pearl barley
Buckwheat
Oats
Cannelini/flageolet/butter/kidney beans
 
List C – 5 points each
Avocado
Unsalted nuts
Seeds
Humus
Peanut/almond butter
 
List D – 1 point for each different veg
Raw veg
Cooked veg
Herbs
Lemon juice
 
List E – 5 points each
Fresh fruit
 
 
You can obviously have any other food too, you just don’t get points for it and remember points mean prizes!
 
Go feed your body so it operates in the best way possible and your weight will find it’s natural place.
